Hi All,
Mombean and I hadded a long and sereeus discussion this afternoon. We are both very upset and troubled by what Misha has donned. SO we decided that we needed to take a temporary (possible permanent) break from blogging during Lent to think about things. I hope effuryone understands.

Today is Ash Wednesday, the first day of Lent. The words of Psalm 51 verse 18 are very meaningful to me:

The sacrifice of God is a troubled spirit;
a broken and contrite heart, O God, you will not despise.

Misha finks I had been neglecting him. How-effur I have looked thru his archives and I found his original post abbot Tama-Chan's pregnancy. The title was Having a (Russian) Blue day. Now I thought he was going to be sad over how we can't have kittens. Nope. He is sad that he won't be the father of Tama-Chan's kittens. Sigh, even then I realized that was #2 in Misha's heart. I even signed myself, Alexi the neglected ?? girl furriend. You can check the comments to find my comment. Then all those posts about T-C and her kittens esp. her boys kittens.

I fink I realized when Misha dedicated his Valentine's post to Tama-Chan and not both of us.... Well lets say that it was likely ofur between us. This is just some explanation so you can understand how I am feeling.

As you can see I am in my favorite basket wundering what to do about Misha. Notice the serious look on my face. I iz confoozed! I am not sure what to do. I have read how sad Misha is about losing me and how sorry he is that I am angry at him. Well, when one declares their love for another, don't ya think that in itself is a sign that he no longer luvs me. That is why I got upset.

Some cats think we should make up and some thinks we should find other kitties. I IZ CONFOOZED! I don't know what to think. What do you think?

After Misha's Valentine's Day Post in which he made clear his feelings toward Tama-Chan, I decided that I don't go for *players*. I date only one man cat at a time. Misha has made his choice so I told Tama-Chan good luck and perhaps she needs to make sure her boys are more considerate than that.

So.... any man cat interested in being my boyfurrriend???

Imagine my surprise when Misha's Valentine's Day post did not mention me. HMMPH? Just 'cause my beans have been busy- pffft! The BIG DUMP-O!!! OUCHHH! That hurt! Misha you is croo-el. I iz so sad! I thot we had shared a heritage and probably some distant relatives. NOPE!

Us plump middle aged matrons can't compete with a sexy young thang like Tama-Chan. Iz not fair. YOO knew i was past my mommy days.

Perhaps I shoold make sure Cosmo is SUPER grumpy for awhile???

Sorry we hasn't bin a-arownd fur awhile. Our beans haf been furry busy with kittens, cat shows, and a sick grand-bean. I wants to post photos of kittens! I luvs to play wif kittens. I'm a kitten, too you know. Isn't he kyoot?

This is Teddy, he was a show in Maryland and got a final in every ring, including a best kitten in one ring! YAY! He is the son of Bug and grandson of Alexi. We's all so prowd of him.

On Valentine's Day we want to remember Maxdog and hope that he recovers from his cancer. We luvs you Maxdog.
