Easy Like Sunday Morning--100th post

A J is keenly aware that this is our 100th post since the bloggie started. He's too excited to rest. His buddy says, "Our 100th post! That's too much!"

In Memoriam Gabriel

It is with regret that we report the passing of our furriend Gabriel to the Bridge on Monday.
He quit eating and his kidneys shut down. He was a good and noble cat, loved by all who knew him.

Our eyes and Gabriel's beans eyes have been leaky all week. Charlie, a former Krasota Catle cat took extremely good care of Gabe in his final months, never leaving him and always being with him.
Our condolences to them and their other cat, Charlie.

And God asked the feline spirit
Are you ready to come home?
Oh, yes, quite so, replied the precious soul
And, as a cat, you know I am most able
To decide anything for myself.

Are you coming then? asked God.
Soon, replied the whiskered angel
But I must come slowly
For my human friends are troubled
For you see, they need me, quite certainly.

But don't they understand? asked God
That you'll never leave them?
That your souls are intertwined. For all eternity?
That nothing is created or destroyed?
It just is....forever and ever and ever.

Eventually they will understand,
Replied the glorious cat
For I will whisper into their hearts
That I am always with them
I just am....forever and ever and ever.

Gaudete Sunday party

We at Krasota Castle Cats would like to invite efurrybody to a Gaudete Sunday reception from 2:00-4:30 on Sunday the 16th of December. Gaudete Sunday is the third Sunday of Advent in the Christian calendar. It can fall on any date from 11 December to 17 December. The term Gaudete is broadly translated from Latin as Rejoice, a word that appears in the entrance antiphon (introit) of Masses held on this day: Rejoice in the Lord always; again I say, rejoice! The Lord is near. We will provide food, beverages, and paper products. All efurryone has to bring is themselves!

Molly dreams about her letter to Santa:
Dear Sandy Claws:
I've been a very good kitty this year. I'm sweet to my beans; sweet to everyone else most of the time; and I always do what I'm asked.

I would like the following for Krissmouse:
ham, toona, salmon, chick-hen, new toy mousies, catnip, and temtayshuns such as Kitty Kaviar.

I'll be sure to leave you some temtayshuns, water, and kreme by our tree ( da kreme is dependant on if I can open the big white cold box where da beans store food).
Luv, purrs, and hugs, Molly.

Thank you Miss Peach

Thank you, Miss Peach, for inviting me to your tea party for your Mommy's purrfday. The tea and the other goodies were sublime. The best part was the company. I hope your Mommy was pleased. Thank you, too for the rose. Lots of love and hugs to you and your beans.

Meezer Rule Wednesday

Sometimes it takes two friends to complete a task (like nursing two litters).
